Great location! Room had a nice view, big balcony, and was clean. Loved the shower. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice with new chairs. Easy parking. Enjoyed drinks at the bar near the pool. Spa facilities included a fitness centre and kids' pool. Sun loungers were a plus!

Too many disappointments overshadow any potential this place had. The air conditioning barely functioned, leaving us sweltering. The misleading photos online don't represent the rundown reality. Rooms were poorly maintained, with peeling paint and stains that should not exist in a supposed penthouse. Check-in was chaotic, and staff were unwilling to address our concerns. While the location had potential and the pool was decent, the environment felt unsafe, with noise and unsettling encounters. Family-friendly? Not at all. Breakfast promises were broken, and parking was a hassle. I recommend exploring alternative accommodations. Save your money and find a place that lives up to its claims. This isn't it.

The large penthouse suite offered a fantastic balcony view of the ocean, providing both beauty and a sense of privacy. The room was generally clean, but the bathroom showed neglect, especially in the corners. One bed was uncomfortably worn, making restful sleep a challenge. A sitting chair would have enhanced comfort, especially for my partner. Kitchenette amenities were lacking, with no utensils or even cups available. The noise from the pool area was noticeable, especially during peak hours. Parking for larger vehicles was problematic, and beach access required a longer walk than expected.

My room had a gorgeous balcony view and the beach was just a few steps away, plus I loved how close so many great restaurants were, with places like Bolton's Blue Water Cafe and Beach Bar just a 5-minute walk away and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk only almost 3 km down the road. having a kitchenette made it easier to enjoy meals without always needing to eat out, and the staff were generally helpful when I needed assistance. But the hotel could improve on room maintenance and ensure better overall cleanliness.

The ocean view from my room was stunning, but the experience quickly soured. Check-in took way too long, and my room wasn't ready until almost 5 PM. The strong smell of smoke from below ruined any chance of enjoying the balcony. The pool was closed for hours due to flooding, leaving us no relaxing options. Little details, like a broken toilet paper holder and a faulty shower, felt neglected. On the upside, the front desk staff were professional, but their response to my complaints left much to be desired. Definitely not worth the price paid.

First off, the room we were assigned wasn't up to par as nothing seemed to be working properly, from the hot water to the microwave and fridge constantly going out. The whole ordeal was quite frustrating, and the cleanliness left much to be desired, with trash swept under the bed and corners of the shower left untouched. the location of the resort was lovely, being right on the beach which provided stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with the amenities as well. The parking situation was a nightmare, especially for those with larger vehicles, making it a hassle to come and go. the lack of attention to detail in cleaning, such as the uncleaned bathroom and trash left under the bed, was a letdown. our experience at Grande Beach Resort had its ups and downs. The positives like the beachfront location and friendly staff were overshadowed by the room maintenance issues and cleanliness standards.

Great location, very close to the beach and pool. The room had a fantastic ocean view, and the gift shop was adorable!

The staff had a terrible attitude, especially two individuals. Our room was sandy when we checked in, and no one bothered to clean it during our three-day stay.
